From a Buyer in the Field to a Verified Payout
Field executives now raise vehicle leads in an app, each lead reaches the right dealer, and a sale is paid out only after it is verified.
What was actually broken
Executives met buyers in the field and passed them on by paper and message. Nobody could say which dealer should take a lead, whether it was followed up, or which vehicles on it were sold, so claims were hard to check and executives could not see what they were owed.
The system we shipped
We built QIK Leadz: an executive app on a web platform. Each lead lists the vehicles wanted, and its city and area find the mapped dealer and distributor. Every vehicle is closed as converted, with the invoice, or unrealized, with a reason; the distributor verifies the sale before claims, credit notes and payouts follow.
What came out of it
- Leads carry the customer, location and each vehicle wanted, down to colour and price
- Dealer and distributor found from the lead’s city and area
- Claims approved, rejected or disputed, with a reason required to reject
- Payouts per executive with leads, vehicle sales, claim amount, paid and balance
