Incoming, in-process and dispatch inspections now release or hold stock digitally — a failed gate cannot be accidentally shipped past.

Passed/failed slips were filed weeks after the facts, so escaped lots travelled mixed with good stock at dispatch.

The system we shipped
Digital inspection points holding the stock ledger: failed checklists lock the lot, release requires named QA sign-off, with reason codes capturable in three taps.
