The main challenge was designing a portal that could handle complex exam workflows—MCQ, Practical, and Viva—while remaining intuitive for admins. The system needed to reduce errors, simplify bulk uploads, and provide transparency across multiple countries and variants.
We focused on creating a clear and modular UI, ensuring administrators could easily navigate between MCQ, Practical, and Viva exam setups. With structured layouts, guided steps, and error-prevention mechanisms, the platform was designed to streamline exam management while reducing training time. A clean design system with easy-to-read data tables, form validations, and status notifications ensured smooth operations.
